A Seminole's story

Long ago in the land of Sweden there lived a young boy called Seminole. Seminole came from a family of magicians and was a great magician himself. Seminole loved to travel to different stars, planets, and constellations. He knew a lot about space.

One day he had to go for a meeting on Uranus because it was full of methane. Methane is very inflammable and dangerous. All the space doctors had asked Seminole to help stop the spread of methane gas in space.

Since Seminole came from a family of magicians he had a magic cloak. He quickly wrapped his magic cloak around him and muttered his magic spells “Abracadabra take me to space, Abracadabra to save the human race” and he was launched into space. He found Uranus very easily and took care of the problem in an instant.

On his way back a strong space wind blew and alas, his magic cloak flew away. Seminole was worried, “how will I get home?” he thought. Then he remembered just in time what his Daddy said to him. He said, “Son if ever you get lost in space, you must use the Big Dipper as a boat, break off the handle and use it as an oar. ” So he did just that.

Seminole searched through Pleiades and Canus Major and other constellations. After all that searching, he found the Big Dipper. He broke off the handle and used it as an oar to row back to earth. It was a tiring and long journey, but he made it home safely. He stuck back the handle of the big dipper and off it went into space where it belonged.

The next day when Seminole told his friends and dad about his adventure they were amazed and told him that he was a clever boy indeed.

Reminded me of the story on the prince on a centaur who found a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. "It was in front of my eyes, in front of their eyes, in front of the eyes of mind..."
